The Stockman Family Needs Your Help
In April of 2005 Mike Stockman discovered he had Crohn’s disease. Crohn's disease is an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), the general name for diseases that cause inflammation in the intestines. At this time, treatment can help control the disease, but there is no cure. Someone with Crohn's disease may need medical care for a long time, with regular doctor visits to monitor the condition. Mike Stockman has been hospitalized at Piedmont Medical since April with various levels of treatment to control this disease. His wife Amy Stockman has been at his bedside day and night since April. Amy and Mike have three children: Two boys - Josh is 21, Erick is 18, and their daughter, Hunter is 14.
