TCNHN is a registered non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to helping every person within our community when there is a need after all of their resources have been utilized. Click here for the lastest news and events.
Our purpose is to aid residents of Tega Cay in time of need by providing appropriate material assistance on a short-term and/or long-term emergency basis.
So what can our residents and friends of residents do to help make a difference? DONATE! The old saying is: “one person’s trash is another person’s treasure.” Neighbors Helping Neighbors firmly believes that any donation can really make an impact in someone’s life in Tega Cay. In fact, this philosophy is what our organization and every person that volunteers their time and resources feel everyday we help someone in need.
Pub Cup 2008
The 2008 Pub Cup took place Sunday, May 18th, 2008. All prizes, donations and proceeds to benefit Tega Cay Neighbors Helping Neighbors. City Tavern, Hoopers Bar & grille, and Steve & Kelly's Grill House hosted the Registration Party Saturday, May 17th from 4-6PM. Stockman Family
In April of 2005, Mike Stockman discovered he had Crohn’s disease. Crohn's disease is an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), the general name for diseases that cause inflammation in the intestines. At this time, treatment can help control the disease, but there is no cure. Someone with Crohn's disease may need medical care for a long time, with regular doctor visits to monitor the condition. Mike Stockman has been hospitalized at Piedmont Medical, University Hospital and other Medical Centers since April of 2005 with various levels of treatment to control this disease. His wife Amy Stockman has been at his bedside day and night since April 2005. Amy and Mike have three children: Two boys - Josh is 21, Erick is 18, and their daughter, Hunter is 14. Read More...
